# Real-Time

> How real-time updates work across the platform.

## Overview

Hacktionbase delivers updates in real time. When a user sends a message, your team sees it instantly in the inbox — and when your team replies, the user sees it in the widget without refreshing the page.

## No setup required

Real-time updates work out of the box. There's nothing to configure or implement on your side — the SDK, widget, and dashboard all maintain live connections automatically.

## What updates in real time
